Late Period, circa 715 to 30 B.C. The mask with polychrome painted gesso details, shown wearing a striped black and white wig, the face carved with exaggerated features, painted between the lapels with the deceased, standing before Osiris, with an udjat eye below and remains of a broad collar with falcon head terminal,

Provenance: Frank and Joan Ross Collection, formed in California in the 1960s-1970s.
Accompanied by a copy of a conservation invoice from the Los Angeles Museum of Art, dated 1972.
